How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse the collection, select the item, choose any available options (colour, size, engraving), then click "Add to cart". When ready, open your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, review your order, then confirm payment. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and estimated dispatch date.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely via our payment provider. If you experience issues, contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the problem.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Import duties, customs fees and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Dispatch usually takes 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected:
Standard UK delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Express UK delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
EU and international: 5–15 business days after dispatch (varies by country).
During sale periods or holidays dispatch may take longer; estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. If you don't receive a tracking email within 48 hours of dispatch, contact customer support with your order number.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any items purchased from AlakiriAccessories.
Please ensure you review product descriptions, sizing information and images carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence; we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

7. What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, plus your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled up until the point of dispatch. Contact support immediately with your order number and requested change. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot cancel it — you may return the item using our returns process once delivered.
9. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised messages?
Yes — gift wrapping and personalised message options are available at checkout for eligible items. Personalised products may take longer to dispatch depending on the complexity.
10. How do I care for my accessories?
Care instructions vary by material and are provided on each product page. General tips:
Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
Avoid contact with water, perfumes and chemicals.
Clean with a soft, dry cloth; for metals, use a polishing cloth recommended for that metal type.
11. Do you offer warranties?
Many of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty terms vary by product and are specified on the product page. For warranty claims, contact support with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
